Intelligence report

At first it seems like a bit of a wussy episode, but then it gets more interesting as things develop.

The technobabble is interesting, too, as is the way Janeway and Tuvok teach themselves to use the alien computer. Anyone who's ever had to switch from Mac™ to IBM™ compatible (or vice versa) will understand. Thank the goddess that Microsoft™ finally stole the Apple™ graphical user interface, which they had stolen from Xerox™.

The methodology of the beings in stealing passing ships is a tad peculiar (they have this one great invention but never create any more because they just steal stuff), and I think that they kidnapped Kes first because of the hair (it gets her off the screen for most of the episode). But hey, they're aliens, and aliens are as aliens do.
