Using brilliant initiative, he creates a hologram of her and must ask B'Elanna (Roxann Dawson) to donate some Klingon tissue to help her life-less-ordinary body, but nothing is as straightforward as it seems...

Hmmm, interesting. A Vidiian babe, an overcoming of personal dislike and an interpersonal relationship (I can't say much more without revealing plot details) (well, all right, Denara gets a holo-body, B'Elanna learns compassion for an individual and the EMH falls in love with his patient).

It's a good watch that you will more than likely enjoy - not a great one, but a good one. The episode also enhances the Vidiian storyline and rounds out the Vidiian character. A race that was once described as repulsive beings is personalised; no longer faceless bastards (no pun intended), they are desperate individuals trapped by bad luck.
