Episode propaganda
During shore leave on a new world, the crew of Voyager is shown lavish hospitality. Almost by accident, they realise that these Sikarian people posses a technology that could send them home. Can Voyager's crew afford to lose this chance, even though Sikarian laws forbid them from using it?Persons of interest

Intelligence report
Oh, yeah! Ethics! Morals! Plots! Schemes!
This is a really gritty and dirty episode with the ultimate carrot being dangled before everyone's eyes. Who will succumb? Who will resist? How will the others react?
This is one of Voyager's most dramatic and best-acted episodes, with Kate Mulgrew blowing William Shatner, Patrick Stewart and Avery Brooks out of the water. All I can say is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
