This is one of those incredibly stupid episodes where they haul all the old fancy dress costumes out of storage and write a story around them. It may well be the worst Star trek ever made, even including The motion picture and The final frontier. Approximately 1 minute is worth watching, the other 47 should be flushed down the toilet.
