The T'Ong 's crew have been in a cryogenic sleep for a century and are unaware that the war between them and the UFP is over. A Klingon Emissary has been sent to assist Picard in this delicate situation. She is K'Ehleyr (Suzie Plakson) who was once romantically linked with Worf.
