Oh boy! Talk about season finale minus one!
Get out the tissues before you watch this episode, it's a toughie (hence the Adult themes). Ethics and moral dilemmas abound as Miles and Keiko face huge decisions about their daughter's life. It's an incredibly well written episode that lives up to the reputation Star trek has for producing good drama.
Just watch it.
