Intelligence report

Oh, yes, the old Alternative Universe plot twist.

It's a handy well for drawing out popular characters from past episodes once you've killed them off and giving them a new twist, which is just what this episode does. It does it well, and it brings back another very, very popular character into the bargain. There are ramifications for the other universe that are astounding. It's almost more interesting than what's going on in this one (there's no Dominion activity along the border).

Nana Visitor is great as both control bitch Kira and sexy lust beast Intendent, and it's also good to see someone who isn't completely taken in by the old UFP charm (ie the new Bareil). A nice, tasty, meaty episode to get things going again after the cessation of (immediate) hostilities.
