LA Police Department martial arts consultant Tommy Lee (Phillip Rhee) is catapulted into the harrowing world of Russian gangsters, high-tech crime and counterfeit money. When his best friend's daughter is killed, Lee learns that she was working for a gang of Russian criminals who have devised a foolproof system for creating billions of dollars of undetectable counterfeit money. When Lee takes out a corrupt cop who was part of the scheme and goes after the Russian mob, he is pursued by Detective Gresko (Ernie Hudson), a ruthless LAPD investigator who thinks he's a cop-killer and believes that even the best martial artist is no match for a gun.Also starring Tobin Bell, Paul Gleason and Chris Lemmon.
