Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Bruce Willis) moves into the suburbs under the cover of the witness protection program. When his next-door neighbours (Matthew Perry as Oz Oseransky and Rosanna Arquette as Sophie) learn that there's a price on the ex-mobster's head, they are unwittingly pulled into the glamorous life of organised crime.
