The wave (Die welle) - Jürgen Vogel, Frederick Lau, Max Riemelt, Dennis Gansel

Threat advisory: Under evaluation

Movie propaganda

Passed over for teaching his much preferred subject of "Anarchy" and being stuck with "Autocracy", popular high school teacher Rainer Wenger (Jürgen Vogel) is fed up. In an effort to make things more interesting, Wenger implements a frightening experiment: starting with forcing his students to wear a uniform, Wenger gradually starts to build a microcosmic dictatorship. The experiment is quickly embraced by the students and tensions build to a horrifying climax.
