Movie propaganda
When you're surrounded by corruption it's hard to stay true.
New York city detective Rem Macy (Tom Berenger) is put on the case when a severed hand is found floating in a Central Park pond. Answers seem to be in short supply as Macy gets the run around from everyone - from the gangs of Chinatown to the political bigwigs of city hall. But he really gets in over his head when Nikki (Lori Heuring), the frightened roommate of the victim, asks to stay at his apartment for her own safety. Before he knows what is happening, he is also her lover - and he is quickly drawn into a frightening world of kinky sex, greed, and corruption.
