Witness the birth of fear.
Set in 1969 during the heart of Vietnam, 18-year-old Dean Hill (Taylor Handley) is drafted. He heads out with his brother and fellow soldier, Eric (Matthew Bomer) on one last reprieve before going into service. They embark on a road trip across Texas along with girlfriends Alexis (Diora Baird) and Chrissie (Jordana Brewster). They soon run into trouble when they cross paths with the maniacal Sheriff Hoyt (R Lee Ermey) and are taken to a house of horrors that will be instantly familiar to fans of the franchise. Within waits a young Thomas Hewitt (Andrew Bryniarski), who will soon be groomed to become the monster we know as Leatherface.
