Under the city that never sleeps lies a world that never stops...

Based on true tales of the underground, Subway stories takes you on a breathtaking journey through a colourful group of characters who's relationships and situations bring together the strangest and most bizarre of stories:

The battle between a Vietnam veteran (Denis Leary) and an upscale New York woman (Christine Lahti). A teenage boy's fling with a mysterious seductress (Mercedes Ruehl). A young woman who turns the tables on two teenage attackers. The rescue of a suicidal passenger (Anne Heche). The break-up between a boyfriend (Michael Rapaport) and his girlfriend and the strange man she meets. The sexual encounter between a man and a woman (Rosie Perez) who have never spoken to each other. The heartfelt incident that bring a singer, sax player and cantor together. An old man (Jerry Stiller) who offers valuable stock tips to a street trader (Steve Zahn) and a wealthy woman who finds herself locked in a dark and daunting station overnight.
