Brothers stick together.
Outrageous comedy and sentiment from the Farrelly brothers are joined at the hip as Academy Award® winner Matt Damon and Oscar nominee Greg Kinnear play conjoined twin brothers Bob and Walt Tenor who, literally, never leave each other's side. Their unique bond leads to wild complications when Walt decides to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor and persuades his reluctant sibling to go along for the ride. Bob and Walt Tenor are small-town legends who excel at sports, and who are the proud owners of a fast-food restaurant where their four hands work the grill at lightning speed.
When the acting bug bites Walt, he convinces Bob to honour their childhood pact to never hold back the other, and the brothers head west for the bright lights of Hollywood. Bob and Walt make fast friends with their sexy neighbour (Eva Mendes), who helps Walt land a grizzled agent (Seymour Cassel) whose idea of a prime gig for Walt is a porn film.
Things finally begin to look up for Walt when the boys encounter legendary diva - and Academy Award winning actress - Cher. Looking to sabotage her new television series, of which she wants no part, Cher casts Walt as her co-star. Instead of dooming the show, Walt propels it to the top of the ratings, and the brothers became instant celebrities. But their real adventure is only beginning, as Bob finds romance with a long-time cyber-pal, and the brothers make a decision that will forever change their lives.
Whatever happens to the boys, one thing is certain: nothing will ever come between them.

Theatrical report
In yet another gag-fest, Bobby and Peter Farrelly choose the physically disabled as the target for their black and (I hope) ironic humour. Stuck on you pulls out more conjoined twin jokes than you would imagine were out there. It's very politically incorrect. The upside is that once you let go of your political sensitivity, this movie becomes as much about "laughing with" as "laughing at".
Now, you might be wondering at the casting. Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear look only superficially alike where conjoined twins, being grown from the same egg and sperm, should be as similar as "identical" twins. Identical twins Mark and Michael Polish did it darkly and seriously in Twin Falls, Idaho, examining many of the same issues as do Bobby and Peter Farrelly, up to and including the ultimate conjoined twin question: to separate or not to separate. Unfortunately, if you aren't conjoined then any such discussion is moot, but both sets of brothers do manage to bring the questions to the surface, even if they differ in their answers.
Stuck on you is a good opportunity to talk about "difference", "disability" and "celebration" with your teenagers.
