Movie propaganda
With all the quiet, steely resolve that fans have come to expect, Marc Singer plays a disillusioned ex-cop, Mike Justus, a man who escapes the mean streets of the East Coast for what he hopes will be a normal life in Hollywood. But no sooner has he arrived than he finds himself embroiled in a violent street war between rival gangs and a group of innocent residents and shop owners who have clearly had enough.
Unable to ignore their pleas for help and drawn to the charms of one very beautiful video store owner (Kim Lankford as Jenny Connor), he finally decides to take the gangs on; except this time he doesn't have the law on his side.
