On the front lines of an intergalactic struggle between good and evil, fans young and old will join such favourite characters as Anakin Skywalker (Matt Lanter), Obi-Wan Kenobi (James Arnold Taylor) and Padmé Amidala (Catherine Taber), along with brand-new heroes like Anakin's padawan learner, Ahsoka (Ashley Eckstein). Sinister villains - led by Palpatine (Ian Abercrombie), Count Dooku (Christopher Lee) and General Grievous (Matthew Wood) - are poised to rule the galaxy. Stakes are high, and the fate of the Star Wars universe rests in the hands of the daring Jedi Knights. Their exploits lead to the action-packed battles and astonishing new revelations that fill Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Special Agent Matti
I liked Star wars: the Clone Wars because it adds depth to the Star wars saga by filling in some of those annoying blanks that don't even get a mention in the director's cut. I didn't like Star wars: the Clone Wars because (a) there was little but battles - the sneakiness of the Sith was not in evidence; (b) Jabba the Hutt's evil uncle turned out to be a big poof (I thought that evil homosexuals went out of fashion in the Sixties but homophobia was alive and well even a long time ago); (c) the dialogue is as flat as the animation; (d) the whole thing dragged on and on and on. The best part of this movie was all the actors in proper costumes at the preview. R2D2 rocks!
The animation, science fiction movie Star wars: the Clone Wars is directed by George Lucas and stars Anthony Daniels, James Arnold Taylor, Ian Abercrombie.
