Movie propaganda
When renegade cop Riley Davis (Steve Borden) receives a camera from his fiancée's brother and then discovers that he has been brutally murdered, he searches for a connection between the two events. It is not until his fiancée (Daisy Fuentes as Kenzie Pearson) has been taken hostage that he realises the camera is the key - somebody is prepared to kill for it and the secret that it holds.
When the film is developed it reveals evidence of a billion dollar counterfeit ring so Riley, reluctantly, turns to his estranged brother, Cliff Davis (David Lovgren), a fellow cop, for help. The two must put aside their differences and work together to have any chance of rescuing Kenzie and blowing the illegal operation wide open.
