Theatrical report
Wow. Samson & Delilah is a great movie about modern-day indigenous Australians doing it tough in the bush. It picks up from where Yolngu boy left off (yes, I know that film is up north and this film is in the middle but the story isn't limited by location) and gives you insight into life in the heart of Australia. It's a great script that moves at its own pace, ignoring the modern penchant for melodrama. The acting is great. The locations are great. The conflict is great. The characters are great. See this film.
