Rock school - Paul Green and the pupils of the Philadelphia Rock School, Don Argott
Threat advisory: Elevated - Significant risk of entertaining activities
Movie propaganda
Do you love this song? Do you love rock? Do you love… Satan? These are the questions posed by Paul Green - the owner, teacher and self-titled Uberlord of Rock School. Passionate about his craft, Green habitually transforms from a calm and sensitive music teacher to a genuine "Monster of Rock". His outrageous outbursts and tantrums cause tears of both laughter and pain, but ultimately this is the story of a man whose heart beats to the drum of Rock 'n' Roll. His quest to pass on the legacy of Rock to a new generation of kids is hilarious yet ultimately inspiring - as is the respect the kids have for their totally insane music teacher.

Theatrical report
Rock school is a frank look at a medium-sized fish in a small pond. Like all prophets, Paul Green is not a little unbalanced but he seems to get the job done, bumbling through with the assistance of actual musicians (as opposed to self-defined teachers). The trip to Germany is a hoot. Enjoy, you rocksters, you.
