William Conroy (Rob Lowe) is a former university professor jailed for vehicular homicide. With only a few months left to serve of his sentence, mysterious and suspicious deaths in the prison around him lead to the shock realisation that he has been targeted for death by a right-wing capital punishment advocacy group that operate on the inside and the outside.
