Journey beyond your imagination.

A young boy refuses to denounce his belief in Santa Claus despite what the rest of his family says, and his faith is rewarded when a train called the Polar Express pulls up in front of his house on Christmas Eve. The conductor (Tom Hanks) informs the boy he's going to take him and some other children to the North Pole to meet the big guy in red.

Theatrical report

The Polar Express is fine as a diverting animated movie about kids, Chrissie Decos and the Meaning Of Christmas™, but The Grinch it ain't. Tom Hanks' whiny voice is annoying, too. The kids will like this flick but you'll all prefer Ice Age.
