A Pokémon collector, Jirarudan, hopes to bring together the three rare birds that are prophesied to release the sea monster Pokémon, Lugia, which if he could capture it, would make Jirarudan the most powerful Pokémon trainer on the planet.
Ash and his friends are on mission to stop this from happening... because the force of Lugia's power could destroy the world.
