Movie propaganda

Imagine that you exist in different forms in parallel universes. Your alter egos live out different destinies and follow different paths, both good and evil. What would happen if one of your alter egos turned on the others and would stop at nothing to take over your world?

In The one parallel universes collide when a rogue agent assigned to monitor these universes begins eliminating versions of himself in each alternative reality. Assuming more energy and power with each version he destroys, he must finally confront Gabriel Yu Law (Jet Li), The one man standing between himself and his ultimate goal - to be The one.

Theatrical report

One for the boys.

The one is a good Jet Li martial arts action flick with lots of cool stunts, lots of fighting, some good special effects, some fancy gadgets and some surprisingly good cinematography. What more could you ask for? Maybe some sex, but Jet Li has never done that sort of stuff in his movies: it's a martial arts thing (subsuming sexual desire for the purpose of greater clarity - see also Samsara).
