When $30 million of diamonds are stolen during a heist in Amsterdam, Major Mark Damon (Eric Scott Woods) recognises the bizarre trademarks and knows they're not dealing with an ordinary thief. Adam (Andrew Jackson), the USA Army's secret weapon, has escaped from the depths of the Eden Institute in Washington. An unstoppable psychopath, created from man and machine, he's preying on the innocent and working for whoever's prepared to pay. Major Damon's mission is to track the robot and his allies down and to bring them in.
But Damon's actions make him a target, leading to a violent confrontation which ends in murder and kidnapping. Suddenly finding himself on the wrong side of the Army, Damon has no choice - the only way he can stop this deadly machine is to become just like him.
