Tom Wopat stars as Tom Johnson, an ex bomb squad pro who still blames himself for his partner's death. He hopes to find solace living in the small town of Leroy with his wife (Roxanne Hart) and kids. What he finds instead are mysterious, devastating explosions unlike anything he's ever faced - and a financially strapped mayor who insists on keeping the mounting danger under wraps until after Leroy's annual UFO Festival.
