Brad Gluckman (Jamie Kennedy) is a wannabe, white rap star born and raised in Malibu, California USA. When his father (Ryan O'Neal) enters the governor's race, he is disturbed at his son's pleasure for acting like he's from the hood. With the help of his campaign manager, Tom (Blair Underwood), his father hires two trained actors Sean (Taye Diggs) and Gary (JP Manoux) to take Gluckman into the hood and scare the attitude out of him.
