Movie propaganda
Are you game?
Two children begin what seems to be a child's momentary amusement. Every time they exchange a box, the one with the box must take a dare. As they grow up, the pranks become more irreverent and riskier. The game becomes more thrilling than the disappointing world around them and they can't stop the mad, wild and often destructive rush.

Theatrical report
Oh, those wacky French! Love me if you dare is a romantic comedy in the guise of a psychological thriller and if you can't get your head around that then you really need to see this film. Talk about doing your head in!
Of course, if you can get your head around a psychological romantic comedy thriller then you're probably living one. Oy.
Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard are wonderfully cast. They leap into their characters like a second skin. And they're dead sexy - especially that Guillaume! Phwaorgh!
Meanwhile, Yann Samuell gives you some élan de cinéma in the way that only the French can. A little bit of rain here, a little bit of bullet-time there, a little bit of mystery there... it all adds up to a mental and visual treat.
Go for it.
