Passion, wealth, happiness... it seemed the perfect relationship until the terrifying reality emerged, she was in danger of... losing control.

Kim is a romance writer who succumbs to writer's block when her fiancé leaves her for another woman. When a mysterious man enters her life and brings her to new heights of sensuality she becomes alarmed at the influence her new lover has quickly exerted over her. When she hires a private detective to check him out, the mystery man's dark secrets are revealed.

Kim doesn't want to lose the ecstasy he has brought to her, but she must escape from his destructive grasp if she wants to regain control of her life.
