A killer's time is up. But fate will reset the clock.
In 10 years on death row, serial killer Jeremy Dillon (Randy Quaid) has shown no remorse for the brutal slaughter of 3 young women. Surviving the electric chair by a bizarre twist of fate, he awakes with no memory of his crimes and convinces psychologist Lauren Riggs (Embeth Davidtz) that not only has he lost the urge to kill, but that he can see into the future. When his psychic skills prevent two deaths and bring a murderer to justice, Lauren begins a desperate fight to halt his execution. But is Dillon a man miraculously reborn with a supernatural power for good? Or is he a brilliant psychopath only waiting to kill again?
