Theatrical report
Hmm... what to say about such an authentic film?
Obviously, Kill Bill (in toto) is a tour de force from Quentin-san. The second volume is a bit of a let-down because you've had a few months to think about what you saw in the first volume. Just like with the second and third chapters of The Matrix and even The lord of the rings. They should really be seen together, the way they were shot and edited until the studio stepped in and said,
"It's too long."
Still, the visuals are cool, the fighting is awesome and the drama is intense. It's well worth the price of admission.
