A hurricane that's about to hit the island and dead-eyed mobster Johnny Rocco (Edward G Robinson) and his gang who have commandeered the Temples' hotel. It's up to McCloud to save the Temples from the leering, sadistic Rocco and prevent him from escaping to Cuba.
