Joe Somebody
Threat advisory: Elevated - Significant risk of entertaining activities
Movie propaganda
Knockout fun for the whole family.
Joe (Tim Allen) is a recently divorced, corporate "everyman", stuck in a dead-end lifestyle. A break in the monotony is triggered when the office bully (Patrick Warburton) publicly humiliates him in front of his daughter (Hayden Panettiere) on "bring your daughter to work day".
As Joe trains for a rematch - and gives himself a make-over - he begins an unexpected ascent up the corporate and social ladders, gaining a new-found self-confidence along the way. Eventually, Joe realises he doesn't really need to get revenge or become someone else in order to earn his daughter's respect or win the heart of a co-worker.

Theatrical report
What you'd expect, little guy gets beaten up by big guy, determines to get revenge, ends up with girl and admiration of all after a series of off beat and humourous adventures.
Bonus points: James Belushi's washed-up, alcoholic, B-grade, has-been martial arts star is an insensitive bastard (until Joe cleans him up, giving him self respect, etc.).
