Movie propaganda
Doctor Evil (Mike Myers) and Mini-Me (Verne Troyer) escape from a maximum security prison and team up with another villain known as Goldmember. Together they formulate a plan for world domination - a scheme that requires a large amount of time travel and involves the kidnapping of Austin Powers' father, England's master spy, Nigel Powers (Michael Caine). As Austin chases Doctor Evil, Mini-Me and Goldmember through time, he stops in 1975 to "connect" with an old girlfriend, detective Foxy Cleopatra (Beyoncé Knowles) and requests her assistance to track the villains and save his father.

Theatrical report
Another Austin Powers movie. It's just like the previous two except that now there are gags about it being just like the previous two. If you liked the previous two, you'll like this one. It's a franchise, not a sequel.
