Theatrical report
Fearless was to have been Jet Li's final film, having planned to retire to a more spiritual life but he changed this decision after an encounter with a Buddhist master (see Jet's personal journey). I'm glad he made that change because Fearless is the best film in which I have seen him. At last the story has become less about the action and more about the character (the action is really good but the adventure is better).
