It all begins when Scott Wagner (Matt Frewer) loses his job after Benny, his loveable but trouble making dog, botches Scott's relationship with a powerful client. Good fortune appears in the form of Phyllis Markowitz (Rhea Perlman), a talent agent for animals who believes that Benny has star quality. But just as Benny is about to start work on a major film role, he's dognapped!
Now Scott and his family must race against time to save their imperilled pooch!
