When Skye (Kate Hudson), a beautiful young TV star, gets stuck in a tiny desert town who's only claim to fame is having the world's largest ice cream cone, the last thing she wants to do is to get to know the local teens - a restless group that includes the explosive loving Ely (Christina Ricci), her boyfriend Pete (Casey Affleck) and loner Blue Baxter (Brendan Sexton III).
