Jack Ward (Jason Brooks) is a brilliant geneticist specialising in DNA research. Enlisted to conduct a radical experiment in himan intelligence, Jack finds himself pitted against a beautiful colleague, Jennifer Carter (Stacy Haiduk), who's unwittingly using his data for deadly ends. And when Jack learns that his naïve younger brother (Robert Floyd as Andy Ward) has been ensnared as a human guinea pig, he and Jenny team up to fight an ever-deepening conspiracy, before it destroys an innocent... who may pay with his life!
