Young Scottish woman Charlotte Gray (Cate Blanchett) joins the French resistance during World War II to rescue her Royal Air Force boyfriend (Rupert Penry Jones) who is lost in France.

Special Agent Matti
Girl's own annual.
Full of derring-do, secret passwords, dangerous missions and true love, Charlotte Gray is an adventure and a half for those women who always wanted to be James Bond more than they wanted to have him. Cate is action girl number one from the word go, full of vibrant energy that makes her a natural selection for the Minister for the Exterior's outreach program. When she and Rupert meet, the vibrancy turns up a notch and you know that there's no hope for them: it's love or die. The contrast with their final scene (in which she gives him the flick) is fantastic. Billy is a great romatic hero, dashingly and dangeriously handsome, courageous, dependable, honest and not afraid to be brutal. He's always been a sexy beast but this film gives him even more room to play. Bring a spare pair of panties.
