Billy Brown just got out of jail. Now he's going to serve some real time. He's going home.

Billy Brown (Vincent Gallo) emerges from serving five years in prison with three missions. The first is to find a place to pee!

The next is to kidnap a girl (Christina Ricci) and make her pose as his fiancée to help him convince his indifferent parents (Anjelica Huston and Ben Gazzara) that he's been doing top-secret CIA work all the years he was in jail.

The last mission is to assassinate the Buffalo Bills kicker, whose missed field goal in a Superbowl game landed him in hot water and ultimately in the joint.

Also featuring a Sterling cast that includes Rosanna Arquette, Jan Michael Vincent and Micky Rourke, Buffalo 66 is a weird and darkly comic look into the life of a loser.
