Theatrical report

It seems as though new stories about the mob are always coming out of the woodwork. Boss of bosses could be the sequel to Donnie Brasco, the question is... is it? Or is it just another home video of the Gambini family at play? It's hard to tell.

Something else that's becoming something more than a cliché in Hollywood is that the film starts at the present only to fade back to the past then build up again to where you already were. Why don't they just start at the beginning and finish at the end? Sheesh.

Boss of bosses is a good, watchable flim. Since it's about the mob it must be compared to The Godfather, and it isn't that good.
