Movie propaganda

Sometimes the people we think we can do without, are the ones we need most of all!

In a sleepy little town where tradition runs deep, an era is coming to an end. The Keating family has run the Lobsterville restaurant and wholesale fish business since the 1930s, but today Lobsterville, and the family, is in trouble. As the drama unfolds, we are introduced to Jimmy (Richard Kiley), who runs the failing business with his daughters, Cass (Sharon Lawrence) and Nora (Mimi kuzyk) - each with lives that are far from perfect.

With family ties already strained, tragedy strikes unexpectedly when Cass' husband Billy (Jeffrey Nordling) is lost at sea during a huge storm, threatening to tear the family apart. Blue moon is a moving drama in the tradition of Ordinary people and The prince of tides, about the complicated phenomenon we call family and the complications that can tear them apart.
