Movie propaganda

Rex (Richard Grieco) is a gun-fighter with all the style of the old west. Brandishing a cigar, a low slung gun holster and a sexy sneer, he can draw a gun faster than anyone he's ever faced. worst of all - he knows he's one of the best and he believes his name should be up in lights.

John Shepard (Nick Mancuso) is a jaded cop who's seen one too many of his friends die in one too many gun battles. For solace he turns to the bottle and self-destruction as he fills in his days following orders he no longer cares for. But despite the fate he has assigned himself, he's still the fastest gun on the right side of the law and everybody knows it - everybody that is except Rex, who is eager to fight it out with Shepard for the top spot on the evening news.

Enter Maggie (Nancy Allen), a prime time journalist who has the scent of a big story in the mysterious cop killer that seems to be heading towards Hollywood. While she, too, is hungry for the story that will immortalise her, she gets more than she bargained for when Rex confronts her with a deal that will make them both famous.
