Stephen Baldwin stars as Caleb Burns, a detective trying to cope with the loss of his young son and trying to track down a serial killer.

Puzzled by the killer's motive - The Adman brutally smashes his victims' skulls with a hammer and then tries to hide all traces of the crime - Burns continues his relentless pursuit and eventually finds a possible connection between the crime scenes. But as he closes in on the trail of the killer, Burns makes the terrifying discovery that it will lead him to his own home.
