What's new at the CIA

Saturday 10th September 2011

Announcement

Some of you might be wondering what is going on with The CIA, lately updates have been sporadic and reviews scarce. But we're ramping up our efforts to get more information up on the site and updates should be very regular now, in fact there should be at least minor updates every day or two.
If you're interested in what's going on, I'll answer a few questions.

What is the plan for The CIA?
We plan to continue to put out good, honest reviews of movies as The CIA has since 1996, and continue to have up to date information on various movies especially the Australian Classification of each movie.
We will be updating the way the site is displayed as it's fluid layout doesn't work so well with high horizontal resolutions.
We will update the user interface to make it easier to find the information you need and use pictures of movies next to their name to help you identify movies more quickly.
We will eventually implement an advanced movie search feature where you can search for specific movies and filter them by genre, classification, date released, runtime and specific actors.

What's going to change at The CIA?
Basically, our plan is to enhance the site while retaining all of it's best qualities such as it's ease of use and good quality information and reviews. The main thing that you will notice as a user is that the way pages are displayed will change.

Should I be scared?
No, we hope you're excited as we are!

Alex and Jeff,
Directors of the CIA
